Parents can expect to be met by an attentive staff who say good morning and goodbye, and who are always easy to get hold of if there is something you want to talk over.
The permanent staff at Globus
This is the team that holds everyday life together.
Alongside the pedagogues we always have 2 to 3 assistants employed to help us from day to day.
Vibeke
Qualified as a pedagogue in 1987 and employed at Globus since 2000, first as deputy head and, since 2015, as head of the kindergarten. Qualified as a motor skills advisor in 2017. Vibeke is attached to Vinkestuen and works full time.
Ditte
Qualified as a pedagogue in 2009 and employed since 2013. Ditte is responsible for language development and carries out the children's language assessments, and she is the staff representative on the board. She is attached to Vinkestuen and works 25 hours a week.
Rikke
Qualified as a pedagogue in 2000, as a psychomotor therapist in 2012 and as a motor skills advisor in 2017. Employed since 2012. Rikke works with motor skills and sensory integration and is attached to Havestuen, where she works 27 hours a week.
Helle
Qualified as a pedagogue in 1997 and employed since 2014. Helle has worked professionally with singing and music and is responsible for singing and rhythmics in the kindergarten. She is attached to Havestuen and works 30 hours a week.
